Jun Tsutsui/dracom
Jun Tsutsui is a theatrical director, playwright, and actor. He is the leader of the performance art group dracom. He won the Performing Arts award at the Kyoto Art Center Awards in 2007, and his play Bottomless was selected as an excellent piece of contemporary Japanese theater at the Segal Center Japanese Playwrights Project 2018 (in New York). As the leader of dracom, Tsutsui has participated in numerous international festivals inside and outside Japan. As an individual, he directed About Dances in Shin-Nagata, and was in charge of spatial orchestration for Raung Jagat: Drone of Colours, which was directed by Rully Shabara. His activities are based in Osaka and are not constrained by the boundaries of genre and form.
